2014 Mercedes Benz C Class Review
The 2014 Mercedes Benz C Class comes with an all-new front fascia with sleek and soft curves and large air-intakes. The front adorns a two-bar grille, a dual exhaust system, while the rear gets the S-Class inspired taillights. The 2014 Mercedes Benz C Class will be developed on a new MRA platform, which is lighter and longer than the previous platform.
The 2014 Mercedes Benz C Class will be built on a new platform that will spawn sedan, coupe, convertible, high-roof people mover, and -at least in Europe—station wagon variants. Down the road, there will be more commonality than ever between the C-class and the next generation of the E-class. This architecture will be rear-wheel drive as standard, but all-wheel drive will be available.
All C-Class models have seating for five but only four adults can comfortably fit inside. The 2014 model is expected to grow a couple of inches in wheelbase to accommodate passengers in better comfort.
The new C-Class will be larger and lighter – by around 70kg – riding on the carmaker’s modular new rear-wheel-drive MRA platform, which will also sit under next-generation E-Class models.
Engines in the new C-Class will sit lower and further back for improved centre of gravity and weight distribution.
Options will include four-cylinder and V6 petrol engines ranging in power up to 245kW, and an upgraded version of existing diesel choices is also expected.

The rear end also reveals some major design changes including new taillights and exhaust tips. The front end is expected to get LED headlights and a new grille which is prevalent in these newest spy photos.
The 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class is likely to be introduced at the 2014 North American International Auto Show, and the sales of the vehicle will be started later.
